What does a project cost?
Integrations start at CHF 10'000. What your project costs depends on which processes, integrations and rooms come first. We clarify this in the intro call and the analysis; then you receive a fixed-price offer. Operation and support are agreed separately, to fit your needs.
How does a project work?
In four steps: a free 30-minute intro call, an analysis of your processes with a floor plan and a fixed-price offer, delivery in stages tested with real cases from your day-to-day, then operation and support. Throughout, you have one dedicated contact.
Do you work at a fixed price?
Yes. After the intro call and the analysis you get an offer with a fixed scope and price. If something changes along the way, we discuss it with you before any extra cost arises. For ongoing operation we agree a monthly package.
Does it have to be the whole agent office right away?
No. Many projects start with an integration, an n8n automation or clean tracking. We set up PWR OS when several departments need to work together, and even then we start with one room.
How long until the office is running?
The first room is usually up and running within a few weeks. Further rooms follow step by step, each tested with real cases from your daily work.
Where is my data?
PWR OS runs on your infrastructure: on a computer or server at your premises or with a Swiss host of your choice. Which data may go to connected AI models and services, we define together and write into the rules. We follow the Swiss Data Protection Act (FADP); for particularly sensitive data we clarify the handling in advance.
Do I need my own IT?
No. We set everything up and support the operation. What helps is one person on your side who knows the processes and is allowed to make decisions.
What if an agent makes a mistake?
Agents work within rules. Anything that acts outwards or moves money needs your approval until you explicitly release a rule. Every step is traceable, and you can step in or stop at any time. Mistakes become visible early and flow back into the rules as lessons.
Which systems can you connect?
Accounting, banks, shop systems, marketplaces, mail and calendar, ad accounts, CRM, warehouse and your own databases. Where an interface exists, we connect it; where none exists, we build one, for example as an MCP server.
Does this replace my employees?
Partly, yes. The agents take over what costs hours today, such as pre-sorting, preparing and updating. You need fewer people for routine work, and your team gains time for what creates value: advising customers, selling, generating revenue. You decide whether to invest that time in growth or not refill positions.
n8n or agents, which fits when?
Recurring processes with clear rules belong in an n8n automation: affordable, fast, traceable. Agents pay off where judgement is needed: understanding enquiries, assigning receipts, drafting texts. Usually it's a mix, and we recommend the simplest thing that holds.
What is MCP?
The Model Context Protocol is an open standard through which AI agents access tools and data. An MCP server makes your system reachable for agents, with clear permissions and limits. We build such servers for your systems.
How does support work after launch?
After the launch we remain your contact in operation: refining rules, adding rooms, updating models, maintaining integrations. For this we agree a monthly package that matches your scope.
